Clubhouses & Pool Information

*Please note that the pool will officially close for the season on Labor Day*

WHMD has two clubhouses:

Vernazza Clubhouse
(dry sauna, outdoor hot tub, and work out facility)

Clubhouse and Pool
(swimming pool and multi-purpose room)
6795 Crystal Downs Drive
Windsor, CO 80550

• Please fill out the above form to rent the room at the clubhouse, attach payment, and send to the District
• Agreements will not be approved until checks are received and agreement is signed off
• Date changes require a new agreement to be turned in. Agreement MUST have the accurate date and time
• Only the multi-purpose room at the 6795 Crystal Downs Drive clubhouse is available for rental
• There are no rentals available for the Vernazza Clubhouse

• Fill out page 1 of the pool packet and take to the pool when open, or you can email the form to the District office.
